Anthropic had had clauses in its contracts stating that it cannot be used for mass surveillance of US citizens or for the development of autonomous AI weapons. Pete Hegseth heat demanded that they changed this clause or they'd be banned from all government contracts. So anthropic is suing... Let that sink in. The defense department wants to use AI for Mass surveillance of US citizens and for developing autonomous AI weapons.
